What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards.



Am I required to place my order on-line? No, if you would rather order over the telephone, please call us at; 1-877-780-2099, anytime. Our hours are M-Thur 9 to 5, Fri. 9 to 1 Central time, except Holidays.

How soon will my order be shipped, and when will it arrive?

We make every effort to see that all orders placed by 3 P.M. Central time are shipped out within 2 business days and most times your order will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the first business day back and shipped out as soon as possible. The actual time an item is in transit can vary from 2 to 5 days, according to your location and seasonal shipping fluctuations. "Rush Priority" orders received by 11 am Central Time are rushed through our system and shipped “Fed Ex Home Delivery” the same day. Although we cannot guarantee delivery dates, most "Fed Ex Home Delivery" orders arrive in 2-3 days. (Fed Ex Home Delivery delivers Tuesday through Saturdays. Ground shipments are delivered Monday through Fridays.)

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is No minimum order amount.



How will I know that my order has been received and processed?

You will receive an Email confirming that your order has been received and a second email with your tracking number after it has been shipped. If for any reason your order cannot be processed within the window of 2 business days you will be notified by Email.



How will my merchandise be shipped?

All merchandise will be shipped via U.P.S. Ground or Fed Ex Ground.
"Rush Handling" Orders received by 11 am Central Time are Rushed to the front of our Order Processing line. We then select the shipping method that will get to you in the least amount of time, using UPS or Fed Ex Home Delivery. Your order is then processed thorough the line and shipped out the same day. "Rush Handling" orders have a nominal $4.99 charge applied. Fed Ex Home Delivery will make delivers Tuesdays through Saturdays. UPS Ground shipments are delivered Monday through Fridays.

How much will shipping be on my merchandise?

At this time we can only ship to United States locations. Regular Ground Shipping fees below are for the 48 contiguous states:

Under $19.99 - $5.99

$20.00 to $50.00 - $8.49

$50.01 to $75.00 - $9.49

$75.01 to $100.00 - $10.49

$100.01 to $125.00 - $11.49

$125.01 to $150.00 - $12.49

$150.00 to $200.00 - $13.49

Over $200.00 - FREE shipping.

There will be an additional $15 charge for orders shipped to: AK,GU,HI,MP,PR,VI

Can I have my merchandise shipped outside the United States?

At this time we are only shipping merchandise within the United States.



What should I do if my merchandise is damaged when it arrives?

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives, for any signs of obvious shipping damage. If damage has occurred to the contents, call us toll free, or Email us with your invoice number, a phone number where you can be reached, and an explanation of the damage.



What should I do if I am not happy with the merchandise received?

If within 5 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason whatsoever, call us toll free or Email us a letter that includes; the invoice number, phone number where you can be reached and the reason for returning the merchandise. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Carefully repackage the merchandise in the box it was received in and return it within 15 days. Please let us know if you want a CREDIT, REPLACEMENT or REFUND. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking Fee.



How do I care for my dried and preserved florals?

The 2 worst enemies of dried flowers are direct sunlight and humidity. Flowers will naturally fade over time, but many people appreciate the subtle muting of colors and natural patina that time gives to florals. Dust that naturally accumulates on your arrangement can be removed with Dri Splendor or Silk Splendor, both are very effective products for rejuvenating dried flowers and silk flowers. How do I know my credit card information will be safe?

How do I know my merchandise will arrive in good condition?

Of course we can never know for sure, but we have been handling and shipping dried flowers all over the country for over ten years. We know what it takes to get fragile dried flowers to you in good condition, and we stand behind every order.
