What is the cost for shipping my merchandise?
Regular orders will be shipped UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. Shipping fees below are for the 48 contiguous
states:
Under $19.99 - $5.99
$20.00 to $50.00 - $8.49
$50.01 to $75.00 - $9.49
$75.01 to $100.00 - $10.49
$100.01 to $125.00 - $11.49
$125.01 to $150.00 - $12.49
$150.01 to $200.00 - $13.49
Over $200.00 - FREE shipping.
There will be a $15 additional charge added to all orders shipped to: AK,GU,HI,MP,PR,VI
On large or heavy orders shipped to: AK,GU,HI,MP,PR,VI. There may be added charges to cover freight.
We make every effort to see that all orders placed by 3 P.M. Central time are shipped out
within 2 business days and most times your order will ship the following day. Orders
placed on weekends will be processed on the first business day back and shipped out as
soon as possible. The actual time an item is in transit can vary from 2 to 5 days, according
to your location and seasonal shipping fluctuations.
"Rush Handling" Orders received by 11 am Central Time are Rushed to the front of our
Order Processing line. We then select the shipping method that will get to you in the least
amount of time, using UPS or Fed Ex Home Delivery. Your order is then processed
thorough the line and shipped out the same day.
"Rush Handling" orders have a nominal $4.99 charge applied. Fed Ex Home Delivery will make delivers Tuesdays through Saturdays.
UPS Ground shipments are delivered Monday through Fridays.
Can I have my merchandise shipped outside the United States?
At this time we are only shipping merchandise within the United States.
What should I do if my merchandise is damaged when it arrives?
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives, for any signs of obvious shipping damage. If
damage has occurred to the contents, call us toll free, or Email us with your invoice number, a
phone number where you can be reached, and an explanation of the damage.
What should I do if I am not happy with the merchandise received?
If within 5 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason
whatsoever, call us toll free or Email us a letter that includes; the invoice number, phone number
where you can be reached and the reason for returning the merchandise. You will be issued a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number”. Carefully repackage the merchandise in the box it was received in and return it within 15 days. Items returned after the 15 day period may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please let us know if you want a CREDIT, REPLACEMENT or REFUND.
